Back girth for western saddle
Leather back girth for western saddles.
Sold with a leather strap to attach the girth to the string / front girth, to prevent the back girth sliding backwards and causing the horse discomfort.
Should not be girthed up too tightly, as it may be uncomfortable and cause the horse to buck!
Mostly used to keep the saddle secure for mountainous trail riding, barrel racing, steer roping and any other fast paced western games.
Get the horse used to it first by starting out with it loose and gradually over time tightening it.
