Bit snaffle 16mm elliptical copper link

Stainless Steel loose ring snaffle bit with copper elliptical in a 16 mm mouth. The elliptical link is a kinder link as is has no sharp sides and the joint creates less of an angle with the rest of the mouthpiece. The copper Material on the link also stimulates salivating which in turn encourages a softer mouth. The snaffle encourages the horse to relax its jaw and chew the bit whilst greater movement of the snaffle is enabled trough the elliptical link. There is no nutcracker action due to the ventral link, creating a continuous feel from one side to the other. Ideal for horses who dislike nut cracking jointed mouthpieces.
