Product description

Tork Craft Contractor Circular Saw Blade 300 mm × 96T TCG × 30/25.4/16mm TCT

Highlights: 300 mm diameter, 96-tooth TCG (triple-chip grind) TCT contractor blade with spacers for 30 mm, 25.4 mm (1″), 20 mm and 16 mm arbors

The Tork Craft TCP30096TCG is part of the contractor-quality blade range, engineered for tougher, more demanding materials that require stability, accuracy and a cleaner edge. With its 96-tooth TCG profile, this blade excels at cutting aluminium, plastics, laminates and hardwood where standard ATB (alternate-top-bevel) profiles may struggle.

The TCG tooth geometry alternates between a flat-top raker tooth and a trapezoidal main tooth, giving improved durability and reduced chipping on abrasive or harder materials. Included reduction spacers for 25.4 mm (1″),and 16 mm arbors let you fit the blade to a variety of table and mitre saws while maintaining full accuracy and stability.

What is the Tork Craft TCP30096TCG contractor blade?

The Tork Craft TCP30096TCG is a 300 mm diameter circular saw blade with 96 teeth using TCG (triple-chip grind) geometry, designed for stable, clean cutting in aluminium, plastics, laminates and hardwood. It has a 30 mm bore and is supplied with spacers for 25.4 mm (1″), and 16 mm arbor sizes, making it compatible with many common saw types. As part of the contractor-quality range, it offers durability and performance suited to on-site and workshop tasks requiring precision and reliability.

Features

Features

  • 96-tooth TCG configuration alternate trapezoidal/raker tooth design for stability and reduced chip-out on difficult materials.
  • Tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) teeth improve longevity, resist abrasion and maintain sharpness.
  • Multi-bore compatibility includes spacers for 30 mm, 25.4 mm (1″),and 16 mm arbors.
  • Contractor-quality build designed for reliable performance in heavy-duty environments.
  • Material-versatile cutting suitable for aluminium extrusions, laminate boards, plastics, hardwood and composite panels.

Benefits

  • Smoother edge finish: TCG geometry reduces chip-out on brittle or abrasive materials.
  • Longer blade life: designed to withstand the wear of aluminium and laminate cutting.
  • One-blade flexibility: use the supplied spacers to fit the same blade across several saws.
  • Cleaner, straighter cuts: ideal for precision trimming, fabrication work and board processing.
  • Reduced vibration: TCG tooth form gives smoother running and less blade wander.

Extra Info

Extra Information

  • Best suited for aluminium, plastics, laminates, hardwood and composite sheet materials.
  • Designed for mitre saws, table saws and radial arm saws that accept 300 mm blades.
  • Spacers included: 25.4 mm (1″), and 16 mm for maximum saw compatibility.
  • Approximate packaged handling size: 36.5 cm × 35.5 cm × 1.0 cm; approximate weight ±1.25 kg.

Pro Tip

  • When cutting aluminium, use a slower, controlled feed rate and avoid forcing the blade. Applying cutting wax, paraffin, or a light lubricant to the workpiece edge can reduce heat build-up and extend the life of the TCT teeth.

Safety

Safety

  • Wear eye, ear and dust protection when operating any saw.
  • Disconnect the saw before fitting or adjusting the blade.
  • Use the correct spacer and tighten the flanges securely.
  • Do not exceed the blade’s maximum rated RPM.
  • Support the workpiece properly and keep hands clear of the blade path.
