Description
The Bates and Wintec wide gullet plate range is specifically designed for use with the Bates and Wintec Wide saddle range. These spring steel gullets ensure that the head of the saddle stays completely rigid whilst allowing the seat flexibility. The gullets are heat tempered in order to set the shape of the head and this process guarantees that the saddle tree will never spread through the saddle’s lifetime. Four colour coded gullets are available in this range and are easily fitted to your saddle in order to alter the fit of the saddle over the horse’s wither. Each gullet plate sold separately. Colours and Sizes: Pink (X-Wide), Lilac (XX-Wide), Purple (XXX-Wide) and Dark Purple (XXXX-Wide).
