Despite its exceptionally compact design, this powerful light delivers up to 1200 lumens through 24 LEDs, providing uniform illumination with reduced shadowing across a working distance of approximately one to two metres. Three selectable brightness levels allow the output to be adjusted between 300, 600 and 1200 lumens, while the natural 5000 K light colour replicates daylight for clear visibility of surfaces and fine details. The swivelling lamp head, integrated hanging hook and 1/4-inch tripod thread provide outstanding positioning flexibility wherever professional lighting is required.

Compact lighting that adapts to every task

The SYSLITE KAL C is small enough to fit inside a Systainer battery compartment or toolbox, yet powerful enough to illuminate demanding workshop and installation tasks. Place it on a surface, lay it inside a narrow space, hang it from a suitable support or mount it on a tripod. The lamp head swivels through 180°, allowing the light to be directed precisely where it is needed.

The SYSLITE KAL C is supplied without a battery pack or charger.
Compatible with Festool 18V battery packs, except ErgoPack battery systems.
A 4.0 Ah battery provides up to 360 minutes of operation at maximum brightness.
A 5.0 Ah battery provides up to 450 minutes of operation at maximum brightness.
The compact light fits inside a Systainer battery compartment or most toolboxes.
The integrated hook can be used on suitable doors, shelves and other secure supports.
The 1/4-inch thread is compatible with suitable camera-style tripods and Festool mounting accessories.
The separately available MA KAL magnetic spherical head enables attachment to suitable metallic surfaces and can be rotated through 360°.
The IP54 housing rating is specified without the battery pack installed and does not mean that the light can be immersed in water.

Pro Tips

Use the 300 or 600-lumen setting when maximum brightness is unnecessary to extend the available battery runtime.
Position the light at a shallow angle across a surface to make sanding marks, scratches and imperfections easier to identify.
Mount the KAL C on a tripod when illuminating a fixed work area for an extended period.

How to Use

Inspect the light, battery connection, lens, hook and mounting thread before use.
Fit a charged, compatible Festool 18V battery pack securely onto the light.
Place the light on a stable surface, hang it from a secure support or mount it on a compatible 1/4-inch tripod.
Swivel the lamp head to the required position between 0° and 180°.
Press the operating button to switch on the light and select the required 300, 600 or 1200-lumen brightness level.
Position the light approximately one to two metres from the working area for optimum illumination.
Reposition the light or reduce the brightness if glare or strong reflections interfere with visibility.
Switch off the light after use and allow it to cool before packing it away.
Remove the battery pack before cleaning, prolonged storage or transportation.
