Product description

GAV RPF187R Pressure Reducing Valve & Filter 3/8' with Universal Couplers

GAV RPF187R is a pressure reducing valve with integrated filtration, a ø40 pressure gauge and two universal rapid couplers. It provides regulated and filtered compressed air for pneumatic systems, with a 3/8' BSP male connection.

The GAV RPF187R combines pressure reduction and air filtration in a compact pneumatic air-treatment unit fitted with two universal rapid couplers. The ø40 pressure gauge provides pressure indication, while the integrated 10 µm filter helps remove contaminants from the compressed-air supply.

The RPF187R provides an adjustable pressure range of 0–10 BAR, with a maximum inlet pressure of 12 BAR and a flow rate of 1800 Nl/min at 6 BAR. The unit has a 30 ml cup capacity and is configured for connection to compatible pneumatic equipment through its 3/8' BSP male connection.

Extra Info

Extra Information

  1. The GAV RPF187R combines pressure reduction and filtration in one pneumatic air-treatment unit.
  2. The model designation is RPF187R 3/8M.
  3. The adjustment range is 0–10 BAR.
  4. The maximum inlet pressure is 12 BAR.
  5. The filtration rating is 10 µm.
  6. The rated flow is 1800 Nl/min at 6 BAR.
  7. The cup capacity is 30 ml.
  8. The unit has a ø40 pressure gauge.
  9. The unit is fitted with two universal rapid couplers.
  10. The main connection is 3/8' BSP male.
Use compatible universal couplers and stay within the pressure limit. Ensure that the compressed-air supply does not exceed the 12 BAR maximum inlet pressure and that the 3/8' BSP connection and universal rapid couplers are compatible with the pneumatic installation before restoring system pressure.

Safety

Important: Depressurise the compressed-air system before installing, removing or servicing the pressure reducing valve and filter. Do not exceed the specified 12 BAR maximum inlet pressure. Ensure that all threaded connections and universal rapid couplers are correctly matched and securely installed before restoring system pressure.
