Product description

GAV RPF188R-1 Pressure Reducing Valve & Filter 1/2' with Universal Couplers

GAV RPF188R-1 is a pressure reducing valve with an integrated filter, ø50 pressure gauge and two universal rapid couplers. It provides regulated and filtered compressed air for pneumatic systems, with a 1/2' BSP male connection.

The GAV RPF188R-1 combines pressure reduction and air filtration in a compact pneumatic air-treatment unit. It features a ø50 pressure gauge, two universal rapid couplers and a 10 µm filter for removing contaminants from the compressed-air supply.

The RPF188R-1 provides an adjustable pressure range of 0–12 BAR, with a maximum inlet pressure of 16 BAR and a flow rate of 5,000 Nl/min at 6 BAR. The filter cup has a 50 ml capacity, making the unit suitable for higher-flow compressed-air installations.

Extra Info

Extra Information

  1. The GAV RPF188R-1 combines pressure reduction and filtration in one pneumatic air-treatment unit.
  2. The model designation is RPF188R 1/2M.
  3. The adjustment range is 0–12 BAR.
  4. The maximum inlet pressure is 16 BAR.
  5. The filtration rating is 10 µm.
  6. The rated flow is 5,000 Nl/min at 6 BAR.
  7. The filter cup capacity is 50 ml.
  8. The unit has a ø50 pressure gauge.
  9. The unit is fitted with two universal rapid couplers.
  10. The main connection is 1/2' BSP male.
Use compatible universal couplers and stay within the pressure limit. Ensure that the compressed-air supply does not exceed the 16 BAR maximum inlet pressure and that the 1/2' BSP connection and universal rapid couplers are compatible with the pneumatic installation before restoring system pressure.

Safety

Important: Depressurise the compressed-air system before installing, removing or servicing the pressure reducing valve and filter. Do not exceed the specified 16 BAR maximum inlet pressure. Ensure that the threaded connection and universal rapid couplers are correctly matched and securely installed before restoring system pressure.
