AirCraft Hose Outlet Nozzle and Hose For SG-HR22215 (SG-HR22215-SK03)
At a Glance: Replacement outlet nozzle and hose assembly for the SG-HR22215 to restore the reel outlet connection and reduce air leaks
The outlet point is where an auto-retract hose reel does the most work—and where wear, knocks, and over-extension can cause trouble. The AirCraft SG-HR22215-SK03 Hose Outlet Nozzle and Hose is a replacement outlet assembly for the SG-HR22215 auto retract air hose reel, designed to restore a clean, secure air path from the reel to your hose connection point. If your reel outlet is leaking, damaged, or the hose end has been pulled too hard, replacing the outlet nozzle and hose assembly is the straightforward fix that gets you back to dependable compressed-air delivery.
A compromised outlet assembly can cause pressure loss, noisy leaks, and uneven tool performance. This replacement part helps maintain proper sealing and keeps your reel operating the way it should—smooth pull-out, controlled rewind, and reliable airflow where you need it.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- If your reel has been over-extended, inspect the hose, crimp, and outlet area—damage here is a common cause of leaks.
- Use correct thread sealing on connections (e.g., PTFE tape where required) and re-check for leaks after installation.
- Mount the reel so the hose pulls out straight—sharp side angles can stress the outlet assembly.
- Once fitted, pressurise slowly and listen for leaks before returning the reel to full use.
Pro Tip
- If you’re chasing an air leak, mix a little soapy water and brush it around the outlet connection—bubbles show exactly where the leak is coming from.
Safety
Safety
- Shut off the air supply and depressurise the hose before removing or fitting the outlet assembly.
- Check all fittings are tightened correctly and test for leaks before normal operation.
- Do not exceed the hose reel’s rated pressure and always use compressed air responsibly.
- Allow the hose to retract in a controlled manner to prevent snap-back and component damage.
- Replace any hose showing cracks, severe scuffing, or damaged crimps—do not use damaged hoses under pressure.
