- Ideal for surface keying before recoating, blending repairs, removing light oxidation and grime, and de-nibbing between coats.
- Use by hand or with pad holders/blocks; apply light, even pressure and work with the grain on timber and brushed metals.
- For wet work, use water or a suitable solvent/cleaner; rinse and shake dry to extend pad life; store flat.
Pro Tip
- On flat panels, wrap the pad around a rigid sanding block for an ultra-even scratch.
- For edges and recesses, fold the pad to create a crisp working edge and better control.
- When de-glossing existing paint, make overlapping passes and finish in one direction to keep the scratch uniform.
