Tork Craft Polisher Service Kit Armature (21) For POL06
At a Glance: Genuine replacement motor armature for the Tork Craft POL06 polisher
The Tork Craft polisher service kit armature (Cat No. POL06-SK05) is a genuine replacement motor armature designed specifically for the Tork Craft POL06 polisher. The armature is the rotating core of the motor – when it becomes burnt, shorted, mechanically damaged or badly worn, the machine can lose power, spark excessively, overheat or fail completely. Replacing it with this original POL06-SK05 armature restores the heart of the motor and brings back strong, smooth performance for polishing stainless steel, tube and other metal surfaces.
Manufactured to the same specification as the factory-fitted armature, this replacement is correctly wound, balanced and sized to work with the POL06 stator, bearings and cooling system. As part of the official Tork Craft spare parts range, it helps the polisher run at its intended speed and torque with reduced vibration and consistent output.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- Intended as the armature replacement (position 21) for the Tork Craft POL06 polisher within the official spare parts range.
- Recommended when the tool shows heavy sparking at the brushes, a strong burning smell, obvious commutator damage or severe loss of power.
- Ideal for workshops and service centres refurbishing POL06 polishers used in regular professional metal finishing work.
Pro Tip
- When replacing the armature, always inspect the brushes, brush holders, bearings and motor housing. Clean out carbon dust, fit new brushes if they are worn and lightly dress the commutator if required. Pairing a fresh armature with healthy support components helps the motor run cooler, quieter and last longer.
Safety
Safety
- Always disconnect the polisher from the power supply before opening the housing or working on the motor.
- Wear eye, ear and dust protection when testing and operating the polisher after repairs.
- Ensure all wiring, insulation, bearings and guards are correctly reinstalled before returning the tool to service.
- After reassembly, run the polisher at no-load speed to check for abnormal noise, vibration or arcing before starting work.
