Extra Info
Extra Information
- Designed for 14mm PU pneumatic hose on the push-in ports—cut hose ends square for best sealing.
- The threaded port is 1/4" Male BSP (not NPT) — confirm thread type on your mating component.
- With larger hose sizes, use hose supports or clips to reduce pulling force and vibration on the fitting.
Pro Tip
- On higher-flow lines, place the tee where the branch hose can run in a gentle curve—tight bends increase stress and can lead to slow leaks over time.
Safety
Safety
- Wear eye, ear and dust protection when working with compressed air and pneumatic systems.
- Depressurise the line before installing or removing fittings.
- Confirm hose is seated by pushing fully home and pulling back gently to verify it is locked in place.
- Check for leaks after installation and replace damaged hose or fittings immediately.
