Product description
AirCraft Red Insert Straight PU 6mm – 4mm (SG APGJ06-04)
At a Glance; Reducing straight push-in connector for 6 mm to 4 mm pneumatic tubing
The AirCraft SG APGJ06-04 Red Insert Straight PU 6mm – 4mm is the simple, tidy way to step down your air line from a 6 mm main run to a 4 mm tube. Whether you’re feeding a compact valve, pilot line, gauge, airbrush line, or a smaller pneumatic accessory, this reducing straight connector keeps your setup clean without stacking adaptors. Push-in connections make installation quick, while the colour-coded red body helps you spot reducers instantly in a busy air system.
Maintain better airflow on the larger line, then reduce only where you need tighter routing or smaller components. This approach keeps your system efficient and easier to troubleshoot later.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- Designed for pneumatic tubing such as PU and nylon in 6 mm and 4 mm OD.
- For best sealing, cut tubing square and clean and push fully into each end until it seats.
- To remove tubing, press the collet ring in and withdraw the tube gently.
Pro Tip
- Use reducers as close as possible to the smaller device (valve, gauge, tool) so the rest of the system stays on the larger tube size for better airflow and response.
Safety
Safety
- Wear eye protection when working with pressurised air lines.
- Depressurise the system before installing, removing, or adjusting pneumatic fittings.
- Route tubing to avoid kinks, abrasion and snag points that can cause leaks or failure.
- Do not exceed the rated limits of your compressor, regulator, hoses and fittings.
