Extra Info
Extra Information
- Keep the tub sealed when not in use—moisture can cause clumping and reduce media flow.
- Pre-clean oily or greasy parts before blasting to keep your media effective for longer.
- Use suitable nozzle size and pressure settings for best results and reduced media waste.
Pro Tip
- In a blasting cabinet, sieve the media occasionally to remove debris—this keeps flow consistent and helps protect nozzles and valves.
Safety
Safety
- Wear eye protection and a suitable dust mask or respirator rated for fine particulates when handling or blasting.

- Wear gloves and protective clothing to reduce skin exposure and abrasion risk.
- Ensure adequate ventilation and keep bystanders away from the blasting area.
