At a Glance: B90 fine general-purpose blasting media supplied in a convenient 2kg tub.
The AirCraft SANDBL-B90-2KG B90 blasting media is a fine, general-purpose abrasive designed for reliable cleaning and surface preparation. It’s ideal for blasting cabinets and compatible blasting equipment, helping remove oxidation, light rust, surface contamination and old coatings while leaving a keyed finish ready for paint, plating or bonding. Packed in a practical 2kg tub, it’s easy to store, pour and keep sealed—perfect for quick cabinet top-ups and smaller blasting jobs where neat handling matters.
A sealed tub helps keep blasting media dry and usable, especially in humid workshop environments. The B90 grade is a solid choice for general-purpose work when you want steady cutting action and repeatable results without the hassle of large bulk bags.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- Keep the tub sealed when not in use—moisture can cause clumping and reduce media flow.
- Pre-clean oily or greasy parts before blasting to keep your media effective for longer.
- Use suitable nozzle size and pressure settings for best results and reduced media waste.
Pro Tip
- In a blasting cabinet, sieve the media occasionally to remove debris—this helps maintain flow and protects nozzles and valves.
Safety
Safety
