Product description
AirCraft SG-H2000 Service Kit Air Adjustment Parts SG-H2000-SK02
At a Glance: Air adjustment service kit (Part 22) with adjuster knob, spring and seal components to bring back smooth, controllable airflow on the SG-H2000.
The AirCraft SG-H2000-SK02 Service Kit is a replacement air adjustment parts kit for the AirCraft SG-H2000 spray gun, listed for Part 22. The air adjuster is what lets you fine-tune airflow at the gun—useful for controlling atomisation, reducing overspray, and matching the gun to different coatings and working distances. When the adjuster gets damaged, stiff, leaky, or won’t hold its setting, spraying becomes a guessing game: too much air, not enough air, or inconsistent delivery from one pass to the next. This kit replaces the key adjuster components (including the knob/adjusting screw, spring and seal) so you can regain smooth adjustment and stable airflow control.
Good air control is the difference between a controlled, even coat and a dusty overspray cloud. Refresh the air adjuster components and the SG-H2000 becomes predictable again. Match the Cat No. SG-H2000-SK02 and the parts reference (Part 22) to confirm fitment for your SG-H2000.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- Compatibility: Service kit for AirCraft SG-H2000 spray gun.
- Parts reference: Listed as Air Adj. Parts (Part 22)—confirm with your parts diagram if needed.
- Common symptoms: Adjuster knob stiff or loose, won’t hold setting, or air leaking around the adjuster.
- Clean before assembly: Dirt, dried paint or moisture can affect adjustment and sealing—clean the area thoroughly.
Pro Tip
- Start with the air adjuster opened moderately, then fine-tune while test-spraying on cardboard. Small air changes make a big difference to atomisation, overspray and finish texture.
Safety
Safety
- Disconnect the air supply and release pressure before servicing the spray gun.
- Wear eye protection—small springs and parts can flick out during disassembly.
- Work in a clean area to avoid contaminating air passages and to prevent losing parts.
- Do not over-tighten threaded parts—fine threads and seals can be damaged by excessive force.
- After assembly, test for air leaks and confirm the adjuster changes airflow smoothly before spraying paint.
