AirCraft HVLP Spray Gun 1.4mm Nozzle 600cc Plastic Cup (SG-H887)
At a Glance: HVLP gravity-feed spray gun with 1.4mm nozzle and 600cc plastic cup for smooth, controlled finishing
The AirCraft SG-H887 HVLP Spray Gun is built for clean, consistent paint application where control matters. With a 1.4mm nozzle for general-purpose finishing and a 600cc gravity-feed plastic cup, it’s a solid choice for automotive work, panels, furniture, touch-ups, and workshop spraying. HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology is designed to improve transfer efficiency—meaning more paint goes onto the surface and less ends up drifting into the air as overspray. The result: a neater job, less waste, and a finish that looks like you meant it.
A 1.4mm setup is a popular “everyday” size for many paints and clear coats (when mixed to spec), giving you a great balance between flow rate and atomisation. Add the 600cc cup and you’ve got enough capacity to keep working without constant refills—perfect for steady, even coverage.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- For best results, mix and thin paint to the coating manufacturer’s spec and strain paint before pouring into the cup.
- Do a quick test spray on cardboard to confirm fan pattern, flow, and atomisation before moving to the final surface.
- Keep the nozzle and air cap clean—build-up changes the spray pattern and can cause spitting or uneven coverage.
- Pair with a water trap/regulator at the compressor to help prevent moisture causing fisheyes and finish defects.
Pro Tip
- Set your fan wide, then reduce fluid slightly and build coats gradually—multiple light, even passes usually beat one heavy pass for a cleaner finish and less risk of runs.
Safety
Safety
- Wear eye protection and a respirator suitable for paint fumes, especially with solvent-based coatings.
- Spray only in a well-ventilated area or a suitable spray booth to reduce inhalation risk.
- Keep paints and thinners away from sparks, flames, and heat and follow the coating manufacturer’s safety instructions.
- Depressurise and disconnect the air supply before servicing or cleaning the spray gun.
- Wear gloves when handling thinners/cleaners and wash off any splashes immediately.
