Product description
AirCraft Paint Pot Spray Gun Only – 2.0mm Nozzle (SG-PPX4001S-3)
At a Glance: Remote-feed spray gun for pressure paint pots, fitted with a 2.0mm nozzle for strong material flow.
Built for pressure paint pot setups where consistent feed matters, the AirCraft SG-PPX4001S-3 is a dedicated “gun only” solution for remote spraying. The 2.0mm nozzle is geared for higher-flow applications—ideal when you’re laying down primers, protective coatings, or working on bigger surfaces where coverage speed counts. Pair it with a compatible paint pot and hose set, dial in your air and fluid adjustments, and you’ve got a dependable spray gun designed for steady delivery and controlled application across demanding workshop and industrial spraying jobs.
Pressure pot feed keeps material delivery consistent, while the larger nozzle size supports thicker coatings and faster coverage.

Extra Info
Extra Information
- Gun only: This item is the spray gun only; a compatible paint pot and hose set are required for operation.
- Material suitability: 2.0mm is typically used where a higher flow is needed (often primers and heavier coatings). Always follow coating manufacturer recommendations for thinning and pressure.
- Setup tip: Adjust pot pressure and gun air pressure gradually—too much pressure can increase overspray and bounce-back.
- Cleaning: Flush immediately after use to prevent material curing inside the gun and passages.
Pro Tip
- Start with lower fluid flow and build up: set your fan pattern first, then open the fluid control until you get a wet, even coat—this reduces runs and makes your finish more predictable.
Safety
Safety
- Wear eye protection, respiratory protection (paint-rated respirator), and gloves when spraying and cleaning.
- Spray only in a well-ventilated area or spray booth; avoid breathing mist and vapours.
- Many paints and thinners are flammable—keep away from sparks, flames, and hot surfaces.
- Depressurise the paint pot and air lines before disconnecting hoses or servicing the spray gun.
- Never point the spray gun at people; keep the work area clear and hoses secured to prevent trips and accidental discharge.
